Jeremy Dubin DO, FASAM

Medical Director

Dr. Dubin is a Board Certified Osteopathic Family Physician (ACOFP) with additional board certifications in Holistic Medicine (ABIHM) and Addiction Medicine (ASAM). He emphasizes treating people, not just diseases. He is an official U.S. Ski Team Physician and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in the Department of Family Medicine. He oversees the Healing Arts Medical team to promote the clinic's mission of providing short-term medical treatments that encourage and support healing, as well as long term solutions that promote better health and wellness.

Chad Harrington, PA - C

Chad joined the PA Army National Guard when he was 17 years old while he was still in high school. Immediately after graduation he shipped off to Georgia for basic training, infantry school and Airborne school. As a paratrooper in a Long Range Surveillance (LRS) detachment, he served for six years including a tour in Bosnia Herzegovina. He is proud of his military background and loves to talk about his army days with fellow veterans.

Chad has a decade of experience in family medicine that includes but is not limited to emergency care, Urgent care, women’s health, Pediatrics and is certified in Advanced Wilderness Life Support as well.  Chad encompasses Healing Arts' mission of comprehensive patient centered care.

Chad also brings an additional model of care to Healing Arts - DPC or Direct Primary Care!

Anneke Arellano, MD

Dr. Arellano is board certified in Family Medicine with over twenty years of

experience in Wellness and Prevention, Women’s Health, urgent care and

chronic disease management. Originally from a small town in Arizona, Dr.

Arellano graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine and

returned to Arizona to complete Residency training and start private

practice. An opportunity to be a physician in New Zealand arose and she

worked in a rural Family Medicine clinic for a year. After New Zealand, she

moved to Fort Collins where she has lived and worked for the past

decade. She enjoys providing comprehensive care that is respectful of

patient values and goals. By partnering with each individual and using a

holistic approach, Dr. Arellano strives to guide patients toward better


Mallory Arthun, FNP

Mallory has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Healing Arts Family Medicine since 2011. She holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado and is board certified in Family Practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Mallory enjoys providing comprehensive care for her patients across their lifespan and specializes in preventive care, women's health and chronic disease management. Mallory believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, promoting her patients' health and wellness by creating a partnership between provider and patient. Mallory looks forward to getting to know you and your family.

Caitlin Poelking, PA-C

Caitlin Poelking PA-C is originally from Maryland and moved to Colorado 3 years ago. She received her Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of South Carolina and completed her Master of Science in health sciences from George Washington University. She has a special interest in women’s health, pediatrics, and preventative medicine. She currently lives in Fort Collins with her husband Kevin and their puppy Koopa. She looks forward to treating you and your family!
